Best practice for your workshops
For most workshops, we recommend:
- Assign manager rights only to users responsible for workshop operations, staffing, and system setup
- Assign basic rights to service advisors and technicians who handle vehicles, alerts, and proactive service activities
This setup ensures smooth daily operations while reducing the risk of accidental changes to workshop settings or user access.
