The left-hand sidebar in ConnectWorkshop is your main navigation menu. Each icon takes you to a different part of the platform, helping you quickly switch between views and perform key tasks.
How to use the menu icons
Simply click on any icon to jump to that section.
Hover over an icon to see its label if you’re unsure what it does.
A notification badge (like a red circle with a number) will appear on icons like Conversations or Leads when there are new updates or items that need your attention.
Here’s a breakdown of what each icon does, from top to bottom:
Dashboard
- Overview of workshop performance
- Key metrics such as recent leads, installed units, and top alerts:
Vehicles
- Search and view vehicles registered in your workshop(s)
- See vehicle status, leads, data, and installation details:
Conversations
- Access chats between your workshop and customers
- See incoming questions, booking requests, and service discussions
- The red number shows how many unread messages you have:
Leads
- View service leads from error codes or user-reported issues
- Prioritise which vehicles need attention based on their alerts:
Customers
- Manage your customer database
- View and update customer profiles and contact information:
Campaigns
(Feature-dependent)
- Used for sending out messages or promotions to customers, if enabled for your workshop:
Workshop Selector
- If you manage multiple workshops, click here to switch between them
- Customise your view by selecting which workshops you want to see:
Settings
Click on the icon with your initials in the bottom-left corner of the screen to open the Settings menu:
From there, you can manage:
- Account: Personal login details and preferences
- Workshop: Workshop-specific settings and options
- Fleet: Fleet-related settings (if applicable)
- User Management: Invite new users, assign roles, and manage access
