How to Navigate Your Dashboard

The ConnectedWorkshop Dashboard is your central workspace. It coordinates your active communications, vehicle connectivity states, and diagnostic alerts into a single view, allowing you to manage your daily tasks efficiently.

Selecting Your Workshop

At the top left of the screen, underneath the page title, check the team filter (e.g., Displaying data from 2 workshops):

  • Single Site: If you manage a single workshop, ensure only your specific location is selected.

  • Multi-Site: Managers overseeing multiple locations can select combined team filters to aggregate data across all relevant sites:

Overview Tiles

The top section of the dashboard features four horizontal overview blocks. These cards show the total volume of items currently active across your selected workshop filters

Vehicles

Monitors the onboarding status of vehicles across your fleet:

  • Recently added: Units newly registered in the system.

  • Awaiting user consent: CC-Link is installed, but the user has not completed permission steps.

  • My activations: Your successful hardware deployments.

Conversations

Tracks communication volumes:

  • Open: Total unresolved customer message threads.

  • Unassigned: Threads that have not been claimed by a specific advisor.

Leads

A live count of diagnostic parameters requiring attention, split into:

  • Warning lamps and User reported lamps

  • Low 12V battery thresholds

  • Service reminders and pending Quotes

Managing "Your Tasks"

The bottom half of the dashboard is your personal, interactive workspace. This area hides the rest of the workshop's data to display only the specific chats, activations, and vehicles assigned directly to your profile:

Conversations

On the left side of your workspace, you can manage your ongoing chat threads:

  • Easily toggle between All, Open, and Closed conversations.

  • Unassigned threads can be assigned here immediately to prevent delays.

Pending Activations

This new table keeps tracking CC-Link device setups. It highlights vehicles that require immediate operational steps, displaying:

  • The temporary registration number/plate.

  • CC-Link status: Instantly see if a car Needs CC-Link or if it is Awaiting user consent.

  • Suggested Action: Use the quick-action dropdown menu (e.g., Add customer) to resolve deployment blocks on the fly without navigating deep into the vehicle settings menus.

Leads

When a connected vehicle flags an active technical issue, it will populate in your personal Leads workspace:

  • Real-Time Indicators: Alerts like Low 12V battery or specific warning lamps show up with red, amber or green coloured alert labels.

  • Suggested Action: Click the Contact customer shortcut to open the direct conversation tab and arrange service bookings.
