The following article will guide you through the steps of creating an invite to One Business ID (OBID) and Connect Pro for a fleet customer.
For the Fleet customer to access Connect Pro they need to be invited via the flow on your Customers page by pressing “Create Fleet”.
A modal will show up requesting important legal information about the fleet customer that needs to be inputted in collaboration with a Fleet representative.
- The required fields are the following:
- Fleet Name - Without Legal form
- Legal Form
- Company VAT (Remember country code eg: DK12345678. VAT might be optional depending on the legal form)
- Tax Region
- Language
- Physical Address
Click Continue
- Complete the Fleet owner details form by entering the Fleet representatives first name, last name, and corporate email address:
It is important that you double check all the details before marking the confirmation button, and sending the invite.
Expected Outcomes
You will see a confirmation message stating: One Business ID invitation sent:
- The system will automatically dispatch invitations prompting the fleet manager to complete both their One Business ID registration and their Connect Pro onboarding. The fleet and vehicle will remain inactive until these steps are finished.
