Getting in Contact with Fleets

If a fleet vehicle appears in your Leads Overview Table, for example, flagged with an error or a recommended oil change, you’ll want to ensure quick, accurate communication. To help you provide the best service, fleet contact details are available in two places:

- In your customer chat (Conversations) panel 

- On the vehicle’s details page

This guide explains where to find the fleet contact information and how to edit it if needed.

Where to View Fleet Contact Information

1. In the Chat (Conversations) Panel

When a fleet customer messages your workshop about a specific vehicle, you’ll see their contact information in the Conversation Details panel on the right side of the chat window:

2. On the Vehicle’s Details Page

You can also find fleet contact details directly on a vehicle’s details page, under the overview section:

 

 


How to Edit Fleet Contact Information

If the fleet owner or fleet manager asks you to update their contact information, you can do this easily by following these steps:

  1. Go to the details page of any vehicle belonging to the fleet. 
  2. Click Edit contact info:





     

  3. A form will open where you can update: 
    - Name 
    - Email address 
    - Phone number 
  4. Once you’ve made the changes, click Save.

⚠️ Important Note:

When you update fleet contact information:

  • The changes apply to ALL vehicles in that fleet. 
  • Always confirm the updated information with the fleet customer before saving. 
  • You can update it again later if necessary.
