Overview
The Vehicles page is your primary workspace for managing all vehicles linked to your workshop. This view allows you to monitor activation progress, scan for upcoming service needs, and quickly access detailed technical data for both private and fleet customers.
Navigation and Summary Counters
At the top of the page, you will see counters that act as quick filters. Click these to instantly narrow your list:
All: Every vehicle currently linked to your selected workshop.
Activated: Vehicles that are live and actively sending data.
Not activated: Vehicles that have been added to the system but are not yet live.
Infleeting failed: Vehicles where the connection process did not complete correctly.
Action: Select Not activated at the start of your day to identify which customers still need to accept their invitations.
Reading the Vehicle Table
Each row represents a single vehicle. You can scan the columns for a quick status update:
CC-Link Status: Shows if the hardware is Communicating, Not installed, or Not activated.
Leads: Displays active signals like warning lamps or service reminders.
Next Inspection / Oil Change: Predicted dates for upcoming maintenance.
OEM Status: Shows the status of the manufacturer's built-in connectivity (where available).
Pro Tip: Click any vehicle row to open the Vehicle Details page for a deep dive into error codes, service history, and connectivity settings.
Finding and Sorting Vehicles
Search: Use the search bar above the table to find a vehicle by Licence Plate, VIN, or Model (e.g. "Caddy").
Sort: Click any column heading (like Created or Next inspection) to bring the most urgent or newest items to the top.
