The Insights page is where you can see your workshop's historical data and performance trends over time. While your main dashboard focuses on your daily to-do list, this page helps managers and teams review past performance, look at connection success rates, and track communication volumes.
Selecting Your Timeframe
To find this page, click the bar chart icon in the left-hand menu and select Activations & Performance:
At the top left of the screen, you will see a date dropdown menu (defaulted to Last 28 days). Every number, chart, and percentage on this page updates based on the timeframe you choose here.
Note on Data Processing:
The information on this page takes a little time to process. As noted under the charts, the latest numbers you see will usually be about 2 days old.
Understanding the Daily Charts
The two graphs at the top of the page give you a visual look at how your workshop is performing day by day:
New activations (daily): This bar chart shows the exact number of tracking units successfully connected to a vehicle each day.
Connection rate (daily): This line graph shows the percentage of your fleet that is actively online and communicating with the system each day.
Performance Blocks
The middle section of the page shows your total numbers alongside a small percentage change. Green arrows mean your numbers have improved compared to the previous period, and red arrows mean they have dropped:
Activations
New activations: The number of successfully completed vehicle CC-Link setups out of your total potential setups.
Deactivations: The number of vehicles that have been disconnected or removed from the system.
Connection rate: The overall percentage of your active vehicle base that is online and sending data normally.
User and Workshop Activity
Workshop activity
Active workshop users: The number of your unique staff members (Service Advisors and Managers) who have logged into the platform during this period.
Active workshops: Confirms the number of physical workshop locations currently reporting data within this specific view.
Miscellaneous
Marketing consent: Shows how many customers have agreed to be contacted, making it easier for you to plan outbound service offers and campaigns.
Tip
Keep an eye on the red and green trend arrows next to your Connection rate. If you notice a steady downward trend over a 28-day period, it might be worth reminding your workshop team to check that all new CC-Link devices are fully registered before vehicles leave the site.
