Approved Documents for Vehicle Ownership Verification

When initiating a transfer of vehicle ownership within ConnectedWorkshop, you are required to physically verify the customer's documentation. This guide outlines which documents are legally accepted as proof of ownership or authorised use, and which files are considered insufficient.

If a customer is unable to provide any of the approved forms of documentation listed above, or if the names on the paperwork do not match the individual present, you must decline the transfer for data protection and security reasons.
